Mastra Deployment

Use this runbook for deploying or validating the Mastra agents hub.

Preflight​

  1. Confirm required Infisical identity and secret path.
  2. Validate connectivity to required data-plane services.
  3. Confirm model gateway access and API key availability.
  4. Build the app from a clean workspace.
  5. Ensure .mastra/, runtime databases, .env, and generated artifacts are not committed.

Deploy​

Run the repository's existing deployment workflow or Compose process. Avoid manual container changes that cannot be reproduced from git and protected runtime state.

Post-Deploy​

  • Check app health.
  • Open Mastra Studio/API only through the intended access path.
  • Review traces and startup logs for missing secrets or provider failures.
